What should I do if I did not receive the activation email?

  • If you did not receive the activation email, please follow the steps below.
  • Click here to request for the activation email to be resent to you.
  • Enter the email address you used to sign up.
  • Click on “Resend confirmation instructions”. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will resend the activation email for you.

How many accounts can use for one person?

One mobile number and one email can register only one account.

How can I update my personal data?

Simply sign in to your GabarMart account and you will be able to update your personal information under ‘My Profile’ tab.

How do I know that my account is active or not?

You will receive a welcome email from us if your account has been successfully activated. Please check your junk/spam mailbox if you didn’t see the email in your inbox.

GabarMart is a company that provide Packet Forwarding Services from USA, Europe, China, Japan and Singapore.

How long will it take to get the packages to my home?

Depending on your selection of the shipping modes available for USA packages within 11 to 14 working days from the date of payment.For Europe, Japan and China packages, the transit time of your packages will be 6 to 10 working days from date of payment.

How do I pay the charges?

Charges can be paid by debit/ credit cards of CB bank and AYA bank (VISA, Master, JCB, Union Pay) at GabarMart website.

What will happen if my parcel is over 500USD?

You must apply import license for your parcel which is over 500 USD.

Can I purchase insurance for my package via GabarMart?

We do not provide or sell insurance. We offer instead, the insurance package which gives you the added guarantee that your package will be properly shipped to you in good condition. For more details, please click here.

What will happen, if the item is (sample/gift) form merchants how can I ship and how much it will cost?

All goods, including Free of Charge (FOC) items or replacement goods, imported into Myanmar are subjected to Goods & Services Tax (GST). For items without any value indicated in the invoices, you have to obtain the commercial value of the items from the supplier/merchant. The declared value at the time of import should be based on:

  • The transaction value of identical or similar goods from the same country of origin that is exported at about the same time, or
  • The original price payable for the goods as if they are sold for export to Myanmar.

How many days that I can store my package at GabarMart’s oversea warehouse?

7days free storage at GabarMart’s oversea warehouses.

If more than 7days, how much will be the charges?

It will charge by days and size of the package.

What will happen if the merchants sent the wrong items?

It will depend on the merchant’s return policy. But GabarMart will not return to the relevant merchants.

Is there any tracking service?

Yes. You can track your packet by signing in at GabarMart or you may track your package status at this link here.

How can I know about my parcel status?

GabarMart will notify your parcel status by email or SMS.

Can I transfer package(s) that has been processed by warehouse from my GabarMart account to another GabarMart account?

No, we do not allow the transfer of packages. All packages will be processed accordingly to the GabarMart account number that is stated in the invoice/shipping label on the package. If you have difficulties logging in to your GabarMart account, please contact us for further assistance.

Can I change my delivery address after I paid the shipping fee. (e.g. residential to office)?

No, any changes to the delivery address needs to be done before the payment of the packages. Once a package is paid, we are not able to make any further changes.

Self-collection at my office available?

Yes. You can but you need to inform your office address to GabarMart before you ship from GabarMart’s oversea warehouse.

Can I get my friend/helper/parent to collect on my behalf at Post Office?

Yes, you may authorize someone else to collect your packages on your behalf. Please note that the authorized person must produce:

  1. His/her identity card or passport; and
  2. The authorization advice (you may download it here)

Do you deliver only in Yangon city?

No, we deliver to the address across the country that has post office.

What will happen if you sent a wrong delivery address?

GabarMart will send again to your correct address.

If there no one to accept your package, what will GabarMart do?

We will deliver only two times to the indicated address.

If the package is needed urgently how GabarMart will do?

No, we don’t deliver urgently and we deliver with the standard period.
